The International Journal for Humanities & Social Sciences (IJHS) recognizes the growing role of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools in academic research, writing, and publication processes. While such technologies may assist authors in improving the clarity, structure, or language of their manuscripts, their use must be conducted responsibly and transparently.

Authors are required to disclose any use of GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar systems) in the preparation of their manuscripts. This disclosure should appear in the Acknowledgment or Methodology section, clearly specifying the tool used and its purpose (e.g., language editing, summarization, idea organization, or figure generation).

The editorial board emphasizes that authors remain fully accountable for the originality, accuracy, and scholarly integrity of their work. The use of GenAI does not diminish the author’s responsibility for ensuring that all content meets the ethical, academic, and citation standards of IJHS.
